Fire burns along
Highway 78 on the boarder of Harney and Malheur counties.

|
Highway
78 is open. Active fire and large equipment remain in the
area. Roads may be closed intermittently due to smoke. Please
drive with caution and with lights on.
A Temporary Flight Restriction exists over
the complex. Residents in the Crowley Riverside Road are under a Level 1 [Get
Ready] evacuation notice.

Plans for Today
|
Strengthen containment of north, west and south
flanks from established anchor points to east.
|

Fire Weather
|
Extreme low relative humidity of less than
10% will combine with wind gusts of 25-30 mph to produce ideal weather
conditions for rapid fire growth.

Information
|
Fire conditions remain similar to yesterday. Good progress made yesterday on establishing anchor points utilizing direct and indirect tactics and protecting community infrastructure. |
