Highway 78 is open. Active fire and large equipment remain in the area. Roads may be closed intermittently due to smoke. Please drive with caution and with lights on. A Temporary Flight Restriction exists over the complex. Residents in the Crowley Riverside Road are under a Level 1 [Get Ready] evacuation notice.

Plans for Today:
Strengthen containment of north, west and south flanks.
Continue direct and indirect line construction on east flank.
Protect unburned interior islands for grazing.
Work with the local unit on a plan to repair fencing cut due to fire activity and dozer lines.

Other Fire Information:
An inversion formed over the fire area on Friday reducing fire behavior and perimeter growth. Fire growth reported today is due to more accurate mapping. Resources made good progress on constructing containment lines on the east flank. Fire activity resulted in an unknown number of livestock being fatally injured.
